Product works great and easy to install

Product works great and it's easy to control the PVR from across the house. If you have long mileage for your NVR camera, this product will work great. Highly recommended, there is no lag when using the remote control or mouse to access the NVR menu and control the software. You've also bought an HDMI splitter, which allows you to run additional HDMI cables to closer TVs or monitors, typically less than 30 feet, and it works great too, allowing you to view your security cameras from multiple…

This product works great!

Absolutely plug and play. I ran a little under 100 meters of Category 6 unshielded cable in a huge warehouse from the IT room to the main offices. I connected an HDMI cable to my DVR which is outputting 4K. I have over 45 4 megapixel cameras in my dash cam. Connected HDMI on the other end and a wireless mouse. You only need power from one side. Now my client can control the NVR directly from the 4K TV in his office and view the entire site, zoom in, adjust settings, etc. The display is…

Works well but 3.5mm sound is not very good

I like it a lot. I recently decided to move my office computer to a VR room, but I still wanted to use my computer for normal functions in my office. This is what excited me the most because it supports HDMI, 3.5mm audio and USB all Category 1 5E. Everything is stable except for the sound. It "works", but at above-average volumes, it distorts badly. Zero bass response. I'm trying not to ruin my ears, but even at comfortable listening levels, I can't listen to music on them. Since I have a…

Great for the price. Everything works, 4K, sound, but.

I bought this so we can have hybrid meetings in our conference room. I used a shielded Cat6a cable, about 60ft, I have no problems with 4k quality and sound, but I did have problems with the USB ports. I was only able to connect 1 camera to the extender's 4 USB ports. That's why I give minus 1 star. I had to buy another USB extension cable which cost me $65 so I could connect my second camera. I contacted tech support and they recommended trying a second power supply for the receiver, but I…

Works amazing for gaming!

I wanted to create a playground on my patio and couldn't find an HDMI/USB solution. HDMI for video and USB for controller, it's too far for wireless. My PS4 is not easy to carry, so I decided on this one after a long search. I had to work a bit with their support to get them working (they weren't really designed for that), but now I can say they work great. Your support was very helpful in getting everything up and running. I ended up running a CAT6 cable from inside to this box from outside…

This is the extension I'm looking for

I got a cheap extension from China claiming to support 4K and USB extension without latency. In fact, however, the image is compressed, slowed down and the texts on the screen are difficult to see. The USB extension is also buggy because I don't support a USB camera and my trackball on Linux. However, this solution solved all the problems. The picture is clear, there are no lags, the trackball works, you can conduct a video conference with a USB camera right in your room. I should tackle it…

Ideal for occasional use

I have a gaming PC in my office on the second floor and a home theater in the basement. Wanting to play games on a home theater meant I had to make sure the signal and controls worked reliably two floors away. The 4k HDMI extender allowed me to do this without too much trouble. Here are some things you should know: 1) USB ports have a current limit of 0.5 amps, which means that no device connected to it can draw more. If you exceed this amount, the device will restart and you will often love…

No noticeable lag, great picture, loud 3.5mm audio, limited USB port

It can be noisy, but the main issue is the PC's heat. The picture quality is excellent, I didn't notice any delays. The 3.5mm audio jacks create enough interference to render them unusable for me, but that doesn't really matter to me since I can use HDMI for audio output and a USB sound card for the microphone. Interestingly, to a PC it looks like a 7th USB 2.0 hub and only supports 7 USB devices, but hubs do not count towards this 7 device limit and the PC does not know that a hub is…

Good product and good price

I am using this extension to display my PC in a private room via a 75ft Cat6 cable. It displays 1080p@60Hz with 5.1 surround sound with no noticeable lag, and the picture quality is the same as if I plugged the PC directly into the TV without an extension cord. It's really nice to have 4 USB ports in another room, but I had a little problem with that. When connecting the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller Receiver to one of the USB ports, Windows 10 could no longer detect devices connected to any of…
