My wife loves this toilet seat but I have a problem with it. In order for the seat to stay upright you need to keep it fully upright for about 5 seconds and then stop very slowly or it will lower completely. I don't know if this is normal or if I'm married. This is a good product and works as intended. After 5 months of use, we found that the blue LED night light was too bright during the day and uncomfortably bright at night. This can of course be avoided by simply turning off the lights, but we need some light at night.
