Solid base but thin support arm broke

We used this on a food truck and it worked very well. Installation was easy and the mount felt solid. My wife was driving home in her food truck when she heard a loud bang from the back of the truck. She looked around and realized that her trading system iPad, which was mounted in this cradle, somehow fell off the cradle and fell about a meter onto the metal floor of the food truck. Contacted the seller and they said there was nothing they could do and contact Revain. Revain reports that the…

Excellent product - computers and accessories

Installation was very easy and reliable. Now our family calendar, recipes and music are all in one place and easily accessible in the kitchen. Holds my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 very well. The frame is all metal and very solid and only the part holding the tablet is plastic but still very well made. Updated 02/14/16. The mount still works great. I like when I cook dinner to listen to music and relate to my recipe. When not in use for cooking, it spins and works great for keeping track of my…

Works perfectly - mounts

Easy to understand, instructions on the box, good price. Seems strong enough. I don't think I would recommend it for something you would like to move around a lot. The clasps that hold the device are plastic and I can imagine that if you grab it and pull it closer or farther several times a day, that's the first thing I can imagine breaking. I use it as a tablet jukebox in the kitchen and won't move it. I don't think I would buy it again for a 7" tablet (pictured is a 7" Kindle). It looks a bit

Great little mount easy install good buy

Glad I found this great little mount. It's definitely solidly built. Installation was easy. Note that you will definitely need to install it in a rack (the included anchors are for brick install I think). The hinges are a little tight at first, but all you have to do is remove the caps from the top and bottom of the hinges, insert an allen wrench into one end and a ratchet into the other end, and loosen them slightly. Then put the caps back on. You only have to do this with 2 loops and it takes

Great tablet holder but requires extra work before hanging

The plastic tablet holder is very secure and can easily be rotated horizontally or vertically. The swing arm is very stiff so I had to spend a lot of time loosening the fasteners so I could use it without ripping the screws out of the wall. The swingarm is coated or painted and leaves gray scratch marks even close to the wall. The drywall screws that came with it weren't strong enough, so I used my own. Overall very happy with the tablet wall mount.

Too tight? A simple solution!

ADVANTAGES: Very easy to install, long range, secure tablet hold. CONS: The articulation is too narrow (see below), not designed for easy tablet removal. the garage. This one is in business. However, as with most other things, there are some limitations. The tablet stand (in my case the cheap Android-based Insignia) is made of plastic and protects your tablet very well. Too bad if you want to take it off the stand when you're not using the mount. This is not a problem for me as my tablet stays…

Leaf Antenna Stand - Other Use

I don't use a tablet, but I have a flat (10-1/8" x 10-7/8" x 0.75") "leaf antenna" that I need to be at a certain angle to put together an optimal collection of over the air stations This is great for an antenna except the antenna is too thick for the clips (is it possible to have thicker clips looks like this like it's easy to replace?), but I can improvise. Installation was easy. It attaches to the back of the bookshelf (1/4" plywood) with two screws. Although plastic drywall mollies are…

2 minuses and their simple solution.

Well, I read a bunch of reviews and comments before I bought it and the main thing was that the hinges on this thing are tight. Just let me talk about it, it's true. The joints are really tight. Mine is attached nicely and securely to the post so I'm not afraid to pry it out of the wall, but if I just had to mount it in drywall I would definitely be concerned. The only issue I have is the clip that just holds the iPad "well". It's thin plastic and the adjustable part consists of two free-moving
