The ability to keep track with all our donations in one place was really helpful! I liked it because my board members could use this online system as well instead just using paper records which is what we used previously when donating through snail mail methods only (ie checks written). It's easy to use with an excellent customer service team behind it as well! The website is very user friendly - I love how simple everything can be found without having to navigate through numerous tabs or pages. I like how easy it is to use this system - even if you are not tech savvy! It has all kinds or helpful features from creating events with multiple options/dates etc., through registration tracking (which we love), up until collecting donations online as well!!
