you are doing great work No complaints.

They are great. I use them on my drill press as a makeshift spindle sander. Grit seems to last longer than regular flat sandpaper, so they're great for shaping knife handles and other items. I wish I could buy them locally, Revain is the only place I can find them.

Pros
  • sanding sleeves
Cons
  • unreliable

Drums fail after minimal use. He gets dirty.

drums fail after minimal use. It clogs and shortly thereafter dissolves and falls apart, especially the smallest sizes. Not strong enough for heavy use, maybe from time to time, but be aware that due to the heat generated during the sanding process, the glue holding the paper together is obviously failing.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • weak

Sanding Drums for Your Drill

The sanding drum set consists of a cylinder with a 1/4" shank that you insert into your hand drill. They are strong, last a long time and are well polished. The drum bushings are great but they come with several cylinder sizes and only a few of these are good enough for any type of sanding, those that didn't fit well on the sanding rollers didn't hold up and therefore didn't spin for sanding, those that work do great for grinding the inside of round or oblong holes in your work piece.

Pros
  • Power Sander Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • Expensive
