Aside from Biotene products, which are way more expensive than they should be, this gel helps me with severe dry mouth caused by prescription drugs, but it only works a few minutes, after which I have to reapply. I average two tubes a day - I seriously doubt I'll buy more...

Biotin gel moisturizes the mouth. This is the best product when I'm on the go. I apply the Bioten gel to my mouth then wait 10 minutes before drinking water and it keeps the coating in my mouth and provides moisture retention. It works best when I use Biotene Dry Mouth right after brushing my teeth.

This is a good product but the delivery was terrible. Requested delivery through the back door but left on the front steps in the pouring rain - there for 4 days so the package was soaked. They contacted me regarding the quality of the product and since the inner seal was intact they told me the product was safe to use. I don't think it's the seller's fault but USPS didn't follow the shipping instructions.

I have a medical problem with a major complication of dry mouth. I produce very little saliva and drinking water is very often not always possible.
