The ability to use Black Pearl for multiple purposes from campaigns to newsletters to events. We can also create custom templates which is very helpful when you have multiple emails to send out in a short amount of time. I dislike that black pearl does not sync well with other applications like outlook or gmail. It's clunky and doesn't seem to work as well as it should.
