Boston Technology Corporation - Very easy to use and navigate.

Easy to use and it is very easy to navigate. The layout is very easy to use and navigate. I like the fact that I can access all the information I need in one place. I like the fact that I can access all of my information in one place. I have not found anything that I do not like at this time. The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice if there was a better way to navigate between pages. I am able to find all of the information I need in one place. I am able to access all of myโ€ฆ

User friendly and affordable solution of managing multiple touch points

The user interface is extremely intuitive & easy to use for anyone who has prior experience with any other CRM system. It's also very scalable which allows you to customize it as per your needs. I wish there was more customization options available at this time. At first, we were not able to create custom fields or add our own modules to solve some business problems. However, after contacting BSC support team they helped us out by creating new Custom Fields that solved our problem. We areโ€ฆ

  • Easy navigation between different tabs across application page
