Fits pretty similar to size but not waterproof or even waterproof, my kids feet got completely wet after a few minutes outside

The shoes are very warm! My child put them on and didn't want to take them off. He is 3.5 years old and can easily put them on himself, he has a high arch and a very wide foot and the shoes fit him very comfortably. Super quality, light and warm!

We usually buy the same winter boots for our boys every winter. If we live in Michigan, we need good things! We wanted to try a new style this year and bought these pairs for our son. He came back from school today and his socks were soaked! I'm pretty sure they'll be warm and cozy in extremely (dry) cold weather, but that won't work for us :-( And of course we passed the back window! Not thrilled at all!

These boots were a great purchase. I bought a pair each for my 9 and 6 year old boys to wear as 'everyday' winter boots to school. They're very comfortable and boys wear them even when they don't have to (because they're lazy and don't want to tie their laces, so since they're slippery. Ah boys!) They also keep their socks dry and their feet warm, in the snow and in the cold. We live in Minnesota so this is a big deal for snowshoes! The price was great too and they are well made and last great.

To assess the fit as I don't have children. I bought them for a local school that was asking for a snowshoe donation. They needed almost 60 pairs in a size 4. So I ordered a size up not knowing if they needed a toddler, infant or kids. But the lining of the boot was very soft and warm. I ran my hand over it and it looks like a good job has been done to keep it from tearing too quickly. The soles have a really good profile so they shouldn't slip that easily on ice or snow. I bought a pair of these in black and pink. I have to say, I actually found them better than I thought. They appear to be very well made. My daughter has already worn them about 20 times.
