I like that it is very easy to use once you have set up your account in order to do all the tasks necessary when managing software licensing agreements with our clients. The dashboard is very easy going with everything you would need in one place (or two). It's also pretty intuitive once I got used too it - but if that doesn't work well try different browsers or computers just so your not stuck!
