I live in the city and always have to park on the street so I was trying to protect my new car. This is perfect for my Nissan Rogue. It was easy to install (do it yourself) and I like how it wraps around the corners of the bumper (an area that gets hit a lot).

I am installing the product for the first time. My 2021 Corolla hatchback didn't have room to attach side hooks, so I attached them to the wheels. I received this product specifically because the question and answer said that this product has a license plate cutout, but that is not the case.

It's illegal in New York to cover a license plate on a bumper with a bumper cover. I got this for my new car and unfortunately my license plate is on the bumper and I recently got a $65 parking ticket for it. If anyone wants to buy this bumper, cut a hole in the bumper where you want the license plate to be visible.

Unfortunately, this bumper protector doesn't provide the coverage I was hoping for on my Acura MDX (3 row mid-size SUV). That's not enough to even get to the corners of the bumper, where most damage occurs. And it's not high enough to cover the bumper from top to bottom, so the lower bumper chrome strip is visible. I don't understand why these companies don't offer a larger size for larger cars. Otherwise I like security.

Parking lot in New York, lots of rubbing bumpers between cars. My last car had ParkingArmor which was thicker, softer and taller than the Bumpersafe but did absolutely nothing for the fender angles. The Bumpersafe is much longer and offers some corner protection, but is only 8 inches tall. If it was in a 10-12" tall version, a bit longer for wider cars and bumpers that would be perfect I think.
