Actually works with HDMI 2.1!

Very glad I came across this cable! I've used several 20+ foot cables that weren't HDMI 2.1 as advertised, just HDMI 2.0. This cable allows me to connect my RTX 3080 gaming rig to my 77" LG CX TV across the room and play games at 4K resolution at 120Hz. The games are working great so far. Get this cable if you need serious length! Fair price too.

  • Great price

PS5, Xbox Series X and PC Tested 10/10 would buy more

As long as you buy an "active" HDMI cable you're good. Knowing this and seeing 5 honest reviews about this product, I felt safe and bought it at a discount. It works great, 3 weeks later and still no problems. 120 FPS confirmed on my 2k monitor for Series X owners, even with Freesync enabled. The same goes for the PS5, but Sony doesn't have a 2k option just yet. HAVE FUN!

Poor quality video cable

I received the cable so I could record 4K at 120Hz. My TV runs at 120Hz at 4K resolution, my graphics card runs at 120Hz at 4K resolution. My TV has a cable test. I ran it and it says there is a problem with the cable. I just received it and it doesn't work. It's worse than the cable I've had for over 5 years. I sent the cables back and tried the second set. Still not working for me. I am using an Asus RTX 3090 for a Samsung Q90 connected directly to 4 HDMI input.

good cable Good video quality.

Very rigid cable. Not entirely happy with the position of the power supply as I ordered 3 of these to fit the 1.5" conduit in my flat panel mounting walls. Even though I positioned the power supply so that 1, 2 and 3 are not next to each other, they still create a bottleneck in that area. I would prefer this block to be closer to the end of the cable, or at least the last 3 feet from it. Not in the middle of a 25 foot cable.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some flaws

Will not work with HDMI switches

I really love cables from Cable Matters and try to buy them as often as they sell the specific cable I'm looking for, but just wanted a possible warning for everyone leave that it might Remember to use this just like me. I recently set up a room with a projector in my house and the projector is ceiling mounted and only has two HDMI ports available (1 is valid after the soundbar is connected via an arch). I wanted to use it for more than one additional device and the HDMI switcher was the best…

Works as expected, a little game for 4k 120Hz

Works as expected, transmitting HDMI 2.1 signal with all features enabled (4k 120Hz, G-Sync, HDR). The only catch with running 4K 120Hz that I suspect some people say they can only get 60Hz is that the NVIDIA Control Panel splits the resolutions between "TV" and "PC" with TV. which is selected by default and appears first in the list. A 4k TV resolution only reaches 60Hz, while the 4k resolution of a PC supports both 100 and 120Hz. So if you're having trouble getting 120Hz to work, scroll down…

Excellent cable; perfect for my needs.

I got this cable because I needed a way to send video from my Elgato capture card to my TV across the room from my PC and PlayStation 5. This cable was the right length for the job, so I went with it. I don't have an 8K display at the moment so I can't take full advantage of the full bandwidth or resolution the cable offers, but I get an amazing picture and the length was just right for running the cable up my wall. over the ceiling and back to my wall mounted TV. HDMI can be very finicky at…

RTX 3090, eARC, G-Sync, LG OLED 4K, 120 Hz, 10-12 bit HDR

So far, so good. Got this to replace a cheaper 10ft HDMI 2.1 cable I bought that worked fine for a year. I'm actually very happy that longer cables are now available at a reasonable price. When I first got my 3090, the cheapest 25-foot HDMI 2.1 cable was $80. I'm glad I was able to get an active HDMI cable. My previous HDMI 2.0 cable that I had with my 2080 Tis was 25ft with two Redmere signal boosters. I was looking for a similarly configured 25 foot HDMI 2.1 cable and this cable fills the…
