Great Company Providing Exceptional Service

The cadre is very knowledgeable about all aspects of IT system controls both from an industry point-of view as well as best practices in data protection. The responsiveness of staff was quite good also with some exceptions where they were not around I had great communication issues and needed reminders or follow up when required via email etc. My specific product used by my department did work correctly but sometimes there were stability issues which could have been handled better if the…

  • Very easy for me because i can just use this program myself without having someone else monitor everything that happens within our organization so we know whats happening exactly what has happened before its too late! Its amazing how you are actually monitoring your employees activities online even though using programs through google chrome browser.its really cool especially since Google Chrome keeps track every time people go into websites..so thats pretty neat!!

I like that they are always willing to work with me when there is an issue or concern we have about my system/network setup! They also offer great advice at all levels from beginner users looking into their first network device up in high level networking professionals who want some extra help understanding how networks should be set-up (and why). Their pricing structure can sometimes seem rather complicated so it's good if you're able understand what your options really mean before signing any
