I swear by this paper!

I use this paper for my marker drawing projects and love it. My Copic markers don't bleed or leave smudges underneath, and they dry very quickly on the surface to prevent smearing and smearing. Compared to plain paper, this is a complete game changer, leaving cleaner designs overall.

Copic Paper Replacement

Works well with Copics and ShinHan markers. Mixing is almost as easy as with Copic paper. It seems to have a little more tooth than the Copic paper. But she doesn't seem to want to eat your feather either. It washes cleaner and easier than Copic paper. I haven't tried pastel colors yet. Better value for money than Copic and seems better in some ways.

False advertising. Not good for markers. Possibly pigment markers.

Should have listened to the reviews. Despite the intended use of the paper, it behaves more like pigment marker paper than carbon paper. This requires all blends to darken the color, and blending is used by smearing. While this is great for pigment markers, I strongly recommend Canson switch their marketing from Copic to pigment markers as it doesn't work at all with Copics. Kopik not only almost does not work, but also constantly dirty your pen. Don't buy Copic markers!

. for my friend because we were looking for the best brand of paper

I bought this for my friend because we were looking for the best brand of paper. He draws/colors with Copic markers and was looking for paper that could handle the ink and not bleed. We were skeptical on arrival due to the incredibly thin paper, but our doubts were quickly dispelled when he applied the marker to the paper - it didn't bleed at all and the ink didn't smear. or spread further than it should. His Instagram drawings (@brandonattala) are better than ever! Highly recommended and the…

True as advertised!

I bought this on a whim as it's the first notebook I've called 'marker paper' and I wanted to see how it did. I mainly used Canson Mixed Stock which is good for other reasons but I hate the see through effect with Copic/other alcohol based markers. So: Here's what I found out: no penetration (!). Smooth tactile sensations. Less ink is used. Can actually MIX colors because they don't dry instantly. I won't be using it for all my marker drawings, but I'm very happy to have had a truly new…

Ideal for use over lettering guidelines

I bought this paper to practice pen calligraphy on copper plates after reading the guidelines on calligraphy blogs/websites on how to write on it smoothly, the ink does not flow and you can see through them enough to see the guides underneath. My main concern was that I wouldn't be able to see my guides when I put this paper on top, but it turns out you can see through them just fine (see photo). The landmarks in the photo are black, but I can even see the light blue landmarks through them…

Pen and ink sketch and concept papers

I am a professional graphic artist who uses these notebooks for sketching and illustration. The paper is very thin and suitable for overlay/breaks and has good resistance to ink penetrating through the fibre. The only exception I've found is the Sharpie. Whether Copic markers, felt-tip pens or even ink brushes, the paper, on the other hand, has proven itself. The price here on Amazon (at the time of my purchase) is about 50% cheaper than the sticker. the price I find in local or online stores…
