Customized, Affordable and Easy User Friendly

I like that you can easily customize what to check for in terms of spam/malware etc..it's easy enought with their training material as well! Nothing really but they do have great tutorials if needed (although not difficult). It is very customizable so it works best when one has good technical knowledge which we all don't necessarily possess at this time!! We're looking into other options right now though because there are some limitations within CSN compared ot others such an anti-virus…

Pros
  • Easy setup, no complicated steps.
  • Very flexible security suite without sacrificing performance too much due tthe cloud technology used by email servers today
Cons
  • I will keep silent

Nice option if your email team uses Microsoft Outlook

I like that it can be used to scan emails in bulk as well as individual pieces of an attachment or message so you don't have to go through each one individually for spam/malware detection purposes. It's not intuitive at all - which is why we use other software instead (like SpamAssassin). If you're looking into this product then make sure they offer training courses because there are many things about their interface which could benefit by being more user friendly. We were using another tool…

Pros
  • Easy integration
  • Very easy setup
  • Great support team, very helpful!
Cons
  • Interface isn’t great
  • Not really suitable if your mail volume gets too high

Formalised email management needs, plus improved support

I like that it's easy to set up rules for whitelisting emails in my work account so they get straight through when trying them out or checking their spam folder after sending one (usually). You can't control what happens if you try an address not allowed by rule though; i've had messages bounce/get lost because of this which is very annoying as well! If there are multiple users using different accounts with separate settings then sometimes people will have problems accessing other peoples'…

Pros
  • This saves time from manually monitoring every single inbox individually instead allowing automated processing via filters applied directly against Exchange servers
Cons
  • Not bad
