I like that you can easily customize what to check for in terms of spam/malware etc..it's easy enought with their training material as well! I like that it can be used to scan emails in bulk as well as individual pieces of an attachment or message so you don't have to go through each one individually for spam/malware detection purposes. It's not intuitive at all - which is why we use other software instead (like SpamAssassin). I like that it's easy to set up rules for whitelisting emails in my work account so they get straight through when trying them out or checking their spam folder after sending one (usually). You can't control what happens if you try an address not allowed by rule though; i've had messages bounce/get lost because of this which is very annoying as well!
