I love how easy it was! The customer service team were super helpful, they are always quick answering questions or making suggestions about what we could do better with our system - whether that's just minor tweaks (like adding fields) but also big changes when needed too!! We have been able to use this platform as part of several different projects which has given us great flexibility in terms of being more flexible than using separate platforms / systems where you're limited by your licence…

The best thing about this system, it's everything! It has saved me time in creating documents that I need but also allows my team members to complete their work without having to constantly ask if they have access or not (which was very frustrating).
