Very good performance and User Friendly

The ability to create custom reports which are very user friendly. It's great for any size company. Being able to customize reporting can make it difficult at times when you don't have enough experience with software or training resources available. Not having access to previous months' report information after an employee has left. Great tool if you're looking into creating your own analytics program. I'm using this product to monitor our sales team as well as track leads/opportunities. This…

Great Analytics Tool For Managers To Understand Employee Performance

I really like how easy it was for me as an end user because you can use this tool with any skill set or knowledge level! There isn't much i dislike about chart hop but there are some minor things such as they could make their features more visible when creating new reports/dashboards (or maybe not even create them at all). This product helped us understand our employee turnover which gave my manager great insights into his team's performance compared against other teams within the same…

Great Centralized Database Solution - Would be even higher rated, however needs some updates

The ability for our HR team with multiple locations across several states can now aggregate all their employees into one place so they have access to everything at once without having to go back and forth between different databases or systems. It would help if there was an option where you could export your information out but I know thats not possible right now. Great tool that keeps everyone in sync and organized

The ability for me as an individual user (and not necessarily my manager) can see all information regarding any employee at anytime from anywhere with ease! It's so easy I don't even think about it anymore when i'm looking up something like "who was hired most recently". This allows us full transparency into our workforce which has been invaluable thus far especially during this crisis time where we are working remotely almost 100% due COVID-19 concerns!!
