The size is good, the level can be turned off, overall excellent!

While some previous reviews have complained about the size, they are perfect for easy reading. Ideal for small hands and easy to use. Books are written with repetition. Level may vary slightly, but this is a great resource for your kids!

Simple and easy - perfect for beginning readers or when traveling.

Nice little booklet size books for my Kindergarten student. She is reluctant to read alone, but these simple books are easy to hold in one hand, and she even talks about coloring the pages herself. Great motivation for first time readers. Light enough to store in your bedside drawer. These books are very simple, small and light, with black and white illustrations inside.

My son loves these

My son sat me down and wanted to read them all as soon as I took them out of the box. The first book was about a city full of monsters, and he loves monsters! We read five of them and towards the end he began to guess and read some of the words. I was so excited. This connection between pictures and words is made! I know how important it is to have two older children and watch them learn to read. They are nicely organized in different levels and colors. Each book is only a few pages long, but…
