It's very user friendly with lotsa features! I like how it integrates w/our accounting package (Quickbooks). There are some bugs but they're working hard at fixing them!! The ability to have multiple users working from different locations with ease! The most important feature in this program was its ability to manage our accounts receivable easily and effectively! It allowed us to track all payments quickly with ease and keep up-to date reports available at any time without having to spend hours searching through records or calling customer service reps.
