I like this idea but like I said the fabric isn't thick enough to hold the pieces in place. We were able to buy a board and install a new finish, but of course that means it's now too thick to cover properly. I'll keep it for myself because it was a gift but for the price it's silly that it doesn't work for the purpose it was designed for.

I received today. much more than i thought. The puzzle I'm working on has 750 pieces. fits with a lot of clearance. I think 1000 pieces will fit. I don't often do puzzles that big. I'm very glad I ordered it despite some bad reviews. Now I can work on my puzzle and when we have company I can just put it down.

Very good for 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles. Maybe more if the pieces are really small. It closes tightly so it can be moved without moving parts. 2 additional panels are very good. You can work on the different puzzle pieces on the boards, and then when you find where they belong, they slide into place with little effort. The material on the bottom could be a little firmer, but once a few parts are attached it's no big deal. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Good value for money.

I am not satisfied with this product either. I should have read more unfavorable reviews and believed them! This product is not suitable for jigsaw puzzles as the fabric will flex over the entire surface causing the jigsaw pieces not to lay flat and move apart. It would also be handy if it had a carrying handle. With some tweaks, this thing will work great. I'm going back because it's too much money for something that doesn't do what it's supposed to!

I tried to do it. I really liked the style. everything when I'm done and push it under my couch. BUT. the material is not flat in the main work area (creases in the middle). so the pieces of my puzzle don't lie flat. Start cutting through the fabric to get rid of the air pockets as some have written. it took a lot of money to "make it work". I returned it. I just couldn't work with her. :(

I love it and I can't say it enough! Those inflatable cameras are a joke. This is the real deal and it helps me stay organized. Easy to move and pack items on the carpet if I have guests. I love him so much! One problem was that I started to wrinkle in the main mat area and so my puzzle didn't fit perfectly in the very small area where I have the extra fabric. I don't know how to fix this if the fabric gets looser but so far this is exactly what I needed and there is nothing else on the market…

My friend bought this for his mom and she uses it all the time. She also has two younger children at home so this is just what she needs to be able to remove the puzzle. Plus, it's easy to hide behind a sofa or table so it won't get in the way. I justified the amount of money I spent on this by considering it an 'investment' in my 'entertainment costs' because I enjoy it a lot, every now and then time to relax with a jigsaw puzzle. Time. . Overall I like this concept and I plan to use it for my puzzles in the future to get them out of the way when needed. I like a non-slip surface so the pieces stay in place better.
