Great app - great support staff too: Clergo

I like how easy it is for us all in our office at least one person can see what everyone else has been working with during any given day if we are using that tool or have access via an application within their portal. It's not really my favorite but there isn't much you dislike about this software as far as functionality goes. We use clermigo mainly because most people don’t know where each other lives when they first start having problems so being able to keep track of who did do something…

  • You just sign into your account, click submit ticket/change status without typing anything out..and voila!!! No stress no hassle everything gets reported appropriately even though sometimes its hard keeping everybody updated!! So helpful especially since many times these requests get lost over time (if ever) otherwise.it would take minutes vs hours trying find information again after months pass by between meetings etc..very useful once mastered :) Also great

Very useful app with little room in improvement

It is a very easy to use and navigate. I like that I can see all my open tasks and what other people are working on. It is a very good way to keep track of tasks and projects. I have not found any downsides to using Clergo. I would like to see more templates for certain types of tasks. For example, I would like to be able to create a template for a checklist or to-do list. I would also like to be able to create a template for an email to send to someone when a task is complete. I would also…

Great partner to help us grow and adapt quickly

The best part about working with clermont is that they are always available for support (even though we're in different states). They have made scheduling meeting times easy! I would like more options beyond just video conferencing but this has been helpful so far :) Our customer service department at clemtoin works hard every day making sure our customers' needs can be met by providing them any questions or concerns via phone calls/email before reaching out internally within their own…
