Excellent Customer Engagement Software

The customer engagement software has helped us increase interaction between our clients and prospects. With this system we have been able to identify how people interact as well as what products or services interest them most. We haven't experienced any downsides yet therefore everything looks good from my point of view. The ability for us as marketers in this day & age where we have multiple platforms available has been fantastic! We're able to keep up with all of them without having employees dedicated solely towards social media marketing/management or marketing automation (which would cost quite alot). Our sales team uses it daily - I believe even when not directly involved internally within Salesforce Marketing Cloud there's always some type of engagement going back forth between both sides via Twitter…
