This book was purchased for my 1 and 3 year old daughters. Clifford is always a welcome figure in our household and this book will easily become a new favorite. What I really appreciate is that Clifford tries to help/do good deeds throughout the story (unfortunately he has a lot of accidents along the way, which makes more work to do). This book arrived today for our son and I was very excited. So I read this to him, or at least tried to, and he sat there bouncing on my yoga ball and pretending I didn't have a book in my hands and refusing to look at the pictures while he knocked the stinky stuff out of the book .
