Great tool at your fingertips when you don't want or know how

It's easy enough that people without graphic design skills can use it! I'm able to create simple but effective diagrams of my server configurations in seconds rather than hours/days. If there were an option for more complex configuration options (or even color pickers would be nice) we could go further - maybe? Like adding multiple network segments so they look like traditional circuit boards. That may just take too much time though :) Very quick way to make sure our servers are configured well

  • The ability to add customization elements such as different colors or patterns gives lots of flexibility while still keeping all data organized into one place allowing others not familiar at tech know how get their questions answered clearly when needed

Great way for teams and organizations with distributed employees

I like that I can create my own custom dashboards from scratch using drag & drop tools instead of having to use predefined templates (which are difficult sometimes). It also makes it easy to add new services without needing additional software/tools. Sometimes when creating an app diagram in one workspace then dragging into another workspace there's some lag time before showing up so this could be improved. Also as mentioned above - if someone else has used this tool they will know how good its
