Great for easily generating new documents

I like the ability to use different templates and also upload my own templates. I dislike that the templates are very outdated and I wish they would update the templates. I wish that all of our contracts could be stored on Conga. I wish that I could create and manage my own templates. I wish that I could have multiple people be able to edit the same template. I wish that I could have multiple people edit the same template. Currently, we are creating contracts in MS Word but we are having…

Pros
  • You do not need any coding experience as longasyou know howtouse Microsoft Excel (which most lawyers will).Youcanmanageallof youragreementsfromoneplaceandthetemplatesareveryeasytousewithintheinterfaceprovidedbyCongawithin

ConGArate helps keep everyone happy and productive

The ability to create new contract templates is very useful as well having access rights set up in advance of creating an agreement makes life much simpler than trying figure out who can do what once you have signed off your document! It's not always obvious which user has permission so we often end-up retyping agreements rather then just clicking through them without checking permissions first - this would be great if there was some way that could flag users when they don't currently hold…

Pros
  • Ability for individuals outside IT department/team members with limited knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel &amp PDF files.
  • This allows easy management while also allowing multiple people across teams collaborate together easily using only one tool instead needing different tools such eDoc
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Best tool out there when it comes: Conga Contracts

The best feature of Congas Contract is that you can keep track of all your contacts without having to go back into each document (Contracts) individually. You can create multiple templates which helps in reducing duplication. I am working as a contract administrator at a construction consulting firm who uses Conga Contacts daily. We have been able to automate certain processes such as creating new documents or contract updates. Conga Contracts has been an integral part of our process for all of

Pros
  • The ability to have all of our contracts in one place
Cons
  • The cost of the platform is prohibitive for a small business

I like that they have an easy way to share templates across orgs without having to manually do so! It's not always the most intuitive or very clear but once you've figured out your process its been great. Sometimes the data is inconsistent between orgs in terms of what field values/dates show up when you're trying to copy over from one place to another. That said, their support team has helped me figure this all out time after time and we were able to get through our implementation…

Pros
  • I like that I could use the data from our Excel agreements into Conga and it just made life so much simpler
Cons
  • I've been able to help our team get through all of this but there is a very clear process/path that we all

Great Contracting/Documenting tool - very helpful!!

The ability to create multiple versions of contract documents in separate folders within one folder is very helpful when reviewing revisions or final copies before signature! We have not encountered any problems using this product thus far; however I am open minded about new features that may be implemented down-the road as we continue our use/integration into other systems (like Slack). At present time there isn't anything specific i do dislike at all - everything works great!! Great tool if…

Pros
  • Ability for users with little experience &amp limited computer literacy, like myself can utilize without being overwhelmed by complexities involved w/ creating contracts via Word Documents + Excel workbook attachments..Very easy process which allows me easily maintain my customer files from creation through execution stages.Great support team available during non traditional business hours also..Highly recommend!!! :)
Cons
  • Some problems

They help us create templates for multiple contracts.

Then once we've created a template they'll let us use it and edit it to suit our needs. For example, we can create one contract and send it off for review and if it's approved, it will automatically go into another template and sent to the next stage of the process. I've never used an agency before so I was pleasantly surprised with their service. They're very flexible with meeting deadlines and they respond to any queries within 24 hours! They helped us create a questionnaire to gather data

Pros
  • They answered my emails within minutes and made sure everything was running smoothly.
Cons
  • There wasn't much time to give them feedback, as our launch date was looming, but I'm hoping they'll be more responsive in the future.
