I like that we can track our employees from home to job site via my phone! This is such an easy way for us as employers/managers of contractors in this day & age where everything seems so new it’s nice having something old but better than nothing at all when you are dealing woth managing your workforce remotely!! Contractor Management was the only company I could find that could provide a solution for not only attendance, but induction. I was not able to find a company that could provide a solution for induction, and I was able to with Contractor Management. I was able to provide attendance and induction management for multiple sites and locations, and a lot less stress. Contractor Management has an easy interface. They have a good system and the staff at their office are helpful. They have a lot of options and can customize the system to fit your needs. It will be a little difficult to learn the system if you are not familiar with a computer. I would recommend Contractor Management to anyone looking to hire a contractor. I would like to see the system get a little better with notifications. You can have all the features you want but not have them notify you of
