Simple Solution for Social Media Management with Multiple Platforms

I have been using this software since it was released in 2016 as an internal tool to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook & Instagram). It's very easy - no learning curve needed! The program works well though some features are not always intuitive or clear at first glance but once you get used they work great. We've never had any issues when working within their support team either which makes things even better. If there were more integrations available we…

Intuitive tool with great community and many integrations

The platform offers an easy way to create multiple chatbots that can be used in different applications (eCommerce store or CRM). It's also very flexible - you have full control over how your bot works, what features it has etc., as well there are many plugins available from developers/the community which extend its functionality even further! I don't like all those prompts when creating new conversations because they take too long time to load up my screen so sometimes i forget about them but…
