Great tool/platform if your team uses Slack

I like that it allows me to keep in touch with my co workers and stay organized with everything I need in one place. No more searching for things, everything is right there! It also has a great app and website so you don't have to do everything through email which can be unreliable at times. Not much, but nothing really. I wish I could print out reports in the app itself instead of having to go back into my computer. Also wish there was an option for meetings outside of just using Skype. Keeps

Simple, Easy Way To Stay Organized: Convo

I like most how it lets us collaborate with clients. The design makes communication between our client's staff easy at anytime. It has helped me manage my day better as well because i am able of knowing where everything stands within an organization. There are times you need to check out other accounts but once that works just fine! Not really anything its great so far. If anyone wants something simple but useful we have found this very helpful. We used them for one month for one of our team members, who is new to our company and to email communication, we tried Slack, Skype and Facebook messenger.

The result was bad. None of those worked. Because they didn't have the best software for us, we were not able to properly communicate, he couldn't see his calendar or the progress of his tasks. He felt lost because he wasn't sure how to do anything. After a month with Convo, we saw him become more productive, efficient, and comfortable with his job. We decided to use them as a team for our other team members, so far so good! It has helped us a lot, and we will continue to use them.

  • Has many templates for various activities such as calls, meetings, etc
  • Can integrate directly with Slack (I haven't tested any other chat platforms yet)

  • Does not allow direct access to data within the application
  • Limited integration options with third party applications
