It's easy to use, simple interface and a great customer service. I dislike having to log in with 2 different passwords for two separate accounts. The app is also very unstable. Sometimes it works fine, other times it crashes when you're trying to add an employee or assign tasks. Make sure you test the app before using it for your business. I love that you can add in any type of employee, their benefits information is thorough as well. The payroll process has some glitches but they are working to improve it everyday!
