Defective - RMA process Pathetic

I bought these and after a few months the volume button on the side broke. Support asked me to turn off the device - a WIRED device - and remove the batteries and they took weeks to open the RMA. They then required me to provide a credit card to get a new device before sending my current device back which would have left me without a product for weeks. Instead, I bought a better product from another manufacturer and threw the broken set in my spares pile, junk, in the trash. Recycle Bin…

First day and already complaints

I just received these things today and already have several complaints. First, the microphone sucks. All my friends say it sounds worse than my previous one which was pretty cheap and the cord often disconnects from the plug at the end causing a horrible squeak at their end. I only hear a faint buzz, but it causes a very noticeable reaction from friends. It's not so bad now, the sound quality in the headphones themselves is good, leagues better than my old headset, and they muffle background…

Out of service within 2 days

This is a review of the wired version. The headset itself is very comfortable. The width is good. The microphone is decent. 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound is a game changer. After downloading the Corsair Utilities online, turn on the surround sound option! It's worth it! If you are a main contributor, go to a movie called Shutter Island starring Leonardo DiCaprio and skip to the 4:18 mark. At this moment, a deep orchestral soundtrack plays, which lasts for some time. Here you can check the difference

  • Normal price

Works great with glasses; Software could be explained better

I'm not a super hardcore gamer. I just wanted a good headset with a decent sound that you can wear with glasses for a long time. This headset works great. The sound is excellent and external noise is blocked out very well. Almost too good - sometimes my kids need a few tries to get my attention. I don't understand all the features of the support software that comes with the headset so a manual or guide would be helpful. But for my main concern - comfort with glasses - it hits the mark. The foam

Not for small women

Best headset I have ever bought. Clear quality, excellent microphone. My only problem is they won't stay on my head. I'm just guessing that they weren't designed for a normal sized woman (which I am) and every time I move they shift and slide, forcing me to keep my head in a very specific spot and angle . It's more than uncomfortable. I literally can't look down or they'll fall off my head like it's covered in oil. The ear space is also huge and my ears keep bumping the backs of the headphones…

Not suitable for glasses

I have been using this headset for about 10 days mainly for gaming, but also for WFH video conferences and listening to music while working. I tried them because I was looking for a USB port, cloth ear pads, and a boom mic that sticks out of my line of sight rather than a detachable wired mic. At first they were quite comfortable, although they sat a little. oddly thanks to the odd shape of the ear pads. In order for the cups to sit comfortably on my ears, I had to move the headband closer to…

Good workmanship and good sound, comfort is overrated

I really like this headset. I bought it to use with my PC/PS4/iPhone and it works very well with all three. The headset itself uses a single 3.5mm jack for power and audio in/out, so I bought a 3.5mm in/out splitter. with my desktop, but it turns out I didn't need it as the headset itself comes with a USB to 3.5mm adapter that offers true Dolby Surround sound. That means true surround sound is unfortunately only possible from PC, not PS4 or Xbox. Instead, they get stereo sound. The construction

VOID Elite Surround premium gaming headset with 7.1 surround sound

wired Void Elite REALLY comfortable, barely audible on the head. there is no clip in the ears, the cups fit perfectly, the ears don't sweat or get hot, the headband is well padded, the mic is smooth and clean for everyone i've tested it with as it's fresh out of the Box and I got a replacement microphone for a cheap headset for free. The construction looks and feels solid, the plastic feels good, the strap adjustment snaps well and it sits well and securely on my head too. Surround sound in…
