CourtReserve Review

Court reserve has been very helpful for me as I have to attend court multiple times a week and it makes my life much easier! I think its great because it is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I dislike how sometimes the system will not let you access certain records even if you are logged in as the correct user. Make sure you have a copy of all documents submitted before hand. I like how it allows me to check status, case information etc right from my email or phone call with them as well! The reporting options are also great for seeing what cases have been assigned by which attorney/judge so far this month too!! It would be helpful if they had some kind filtering option (such filters being date range) but overall i am very happy using their service. Very fast response time when needed & always accommodating any changes we may need made at last minute suchas billing

I love how easy it is to set up alerts, how easy it is to see my pending cases. I dislike that some of my cases are not updated or there is no way to check on them. I also dont like how long it takes for the court updates to come through. It would be nice if more updates came through at once instead of waiting days to get through them all.
