seems solid - lost its original Craftsman hammer

seems reliable - lost its original Craftsman hammer 16 oz - suitable hammer weight for occasional use, orange color helps me find if necessary

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Has issues

The head seems soft

First use. I had to hammer some staples into the ground. The whole head turned. I don't think it will affect my light usage but I wasn't expecting the metal to be so soft. It can harden over time. Otherwise pleasant weight and feel.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Working speed

Superb workmanship of this hammer

Superb workmanship of this hammer. Use it; You will feel the difference! Probably the strongest, strongest and best hammer I have ever bought. Thank you for making such quality tools. You might even be able to pass it on to the next generation!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

Great time! - Power Tool

Two hammers gone missing in the house...daughter went to college and needed a hammer (or two) to hang some things two months ago...needed a replacement and this one was the perfect choice . Ideal for general home use projects and I can't tell how it would be for a carpenter or for heavy use.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Expensive

Perfect hammer for hand tools

Love this hammer! It's heavy and the grip is perfect. I use it for all my DIY projects. The weight is perfect to apply enough pressure and the steel is strong enough to pull nails out of decking wood, which isn't easy. The red color also helps me find it in the grass! This is great value for the price I paid for it.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure

slip off nail don't buy

I have over 50 years of experience in the construction and carpentry trades I bought this as a cheap spare hammer for a project away from home so I don't have to bring everyone my tools with me. The hammer has a surface and angle that will bend even a #6 nail. Bad design. Unlike the classic Craftsman hammers which were very comfortable to use. Bought 12 ounces. Estwing, great hammer, but more expensive. This is with my 24 oz. frame with a hammer and I'm fine for the rest of the job.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • I'll add later

Corresponds to the name of the master! (and Stanley's name too)

You wouldn't think a hammer could be impressive, but this one is. It is very well made and feels good in the hand. Definitely go for 16oz instead of 20oz unless the user is particularly heavy as weight will be an issue throughout the day. I've always thought Craftsman tools were well made, and while they're now owned and manufactured by Stanley Black & Decker, the quality hasn't diminished (although Stanley has also long had an excellent reputation).

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some little things

Well made and good value

My husband is thrilled with his new Craftsman hammer! He needed a hammer for the tool kit he keeps in the trunk of his car. He does most of the mechanical work on both of our machines, so he has a tool box in his truck specifically for the mechanic's job. The only tool he was missing was a hammer, so I chose one from Revain for two simple reasons: I recognized the Craftsman brand and it was affordable. Just like that and he is very happy with it. He says it feels light, its design feels good in

  • Power and hand tools

  • Long delivery time

good banger the best in hammers

Well, first of all, this is a universal hammer with a standard weight. In the feature section, three questions were asked, the very first being "Lightweight?". No, this is not a medium hammer. It's not a 12-ounce hammer or a 22-ounce hammer, it's a 16-ounce hammer (a pound for a pound of nails), so now that it's not, the rest is just logic. It consists of two main parts: a handle and a head. The head has two ends, a hammer and claws (hammer). You hold it by the handle, hit the nails with your…
