I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

Initially, I took it for a laptop as a way to improve the sound of headphones and speakers to a digestible sound in a budgetary way, and in the end the result exceeded all expectations, especially considering that this "whistle" cost about 4.5K at that time when buying through the Amazon store. But after some time, such consoles as the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One appeared - and here's what I'll say: it started up with a "switch", but with such sound distortions that, as they say, "well, what…

    Pros
    • 1.: Excellent sound (but with reservations - read below) 2.: Dimensions are slightly larger than a flash drive 3.: Low power consumption 4.: Excellent price 5.: Virtual 7.1 sound, though without shamanism in any way (though only for Windows, why - read below) 6.: A small USB plug on a small "lace", which will allow you to place it almost anywhere 7.: Although it seems at first the case is easily soiled and the cable is flimsy - in fact for many years, but still in excellent condition
    Cons
    • 1.: Not all devices will work adequately with it, so I advise you to first read the specifications for this "whistle" if you are going to use it with consoles (according to the packaging, it works with PS4, but did not check for lack thereof) 2.: The special utility "Creative BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro", which allows you to unleash the potential of this DAC, is only available for Windows 7 and newer, which is extremely inconvenient 3.: The type of gadget connection is outdated USB 2.0, which even at the time of purchase by me in 2022-2022 is no longer convenient 4.: There are delivery options without a splitter from the box for a combo headset jack, so I advise you to check 5.: Actually, the headphone jack itself is combined (although it’s more convenient for someone)

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

The sound quality is completely different from the ALC887. Good virtual 7.1, was looking for a replacement for the Razer Surround PRO program, which was no longer supported. I bought it in amazon for 2,790, it costs 100 of its money.

    Pros
    • - sound quality (including 7.1) - compact, usb interface - the presence of an adapter from 1 to 2 3.5mm - software quality
    Cons
    • - red backlight, which, in my opinion, heats up the device (+ in my case, the device is installed in the motherboard) - only one combined input 3.5mm (BUT there is an adapter in the kit, almost no minus) - the adapter has very tight 3.5mm inputs

Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

The headphones cost about 10 the sound card must have appropriate headphones for the price, otherwise the sound will not fully reveal, so do not try to connect cheap headphones, the sound will upset you

    Pros
    • The sound has been pumped many times, inexpensive, portable and lightweight, easy connection, good sound enhancement program, many presets for games, virtual sound up to 7.1, the power reserve is huge, in movies and games the sound is excellent compared to the built-in, there are headphone / speaker modes , there is a Scout Mode for online games, with it the sounds of steps are clearly distinguished
    Cons
    • There is a very quiet background lamp noise during operation, it is only audible when there is no sound, but it does not interfere at all no matter what anyone says, the fabric braid creeps over time

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

On average, the headphones can be purchased for $10. Do not connect low-quality headphones to your sound card; doing so will result in distorted or otherwise unpleasant audio.

    Pros
    • The sound has been cranked up several notches, is cheap, portable, and lightweight, has an easy connection, a good sound enhancement program, many game presets, virtual sound up to 7.1, a massive power reserve, the sound in movies and games is excellent compared to the built-in, there are headphone / speaker modes, there is a Scout Mode for online games, with it the sounds of steps are clearly distinguished.
    Cons
    • Even though the lamp makes a little humming noise while it's on, it doesn't distract or detract from anything, and the cloth braid creeps ever so slightly with the passage of time.

A little disappointed, a bad purchase.

Took for experiment in games. The experiment showed that this or that card is definitely needed for competitive games. But this particular model is very capricious. I would not recommend. It is better to pay even twice as much but take a more reliable model. Than then anyway to take it extra) With its pros. The sound is better everywhere, in games, music, movies. After use, the standard sound causes pain and anguish. Yes, games can be configured to take advantage. Although the built-in Scout…

The right product for me, the price suited me.

As a small-sized, mobile version - very good. Otherwise, it makes sense to take something more expensive and better. Its pros: + "Clean" sound; in music, parties and instruments that were previously difficult to distinguish become discernible. + Quite a large set of sound tuning tools, from the equalizer to the selection of voices and maintaining an even scale. The microphone has the ability to change the voice. 7.1 surround sound and the "scout" mode greatly increase the volume of background…

What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

On win10 there were no problems with the installation and the card works fine in games. Depending on the gain, background noise occurs (when the game is turned on or the player has noise, there is no noise on a clean desktop, nothing is running). For music, not the most interesting option. All in all, a controversial card. Pros: Sound and positioning in headphones in games. (only with software installed) Cons: On win7, I never got drivers, and without them, the sound is better from the built-in

I bought this audio card for PS4 for headphones. After connecting to the computer, I set it up, loaded the config for PS4. I couldn't use the card with normal headphones (I also own a Creative Sound Blaster Z card, ath-m50x has no background there), I had to buy a Logitech G230 with a resistance regulator: there is no background, though the sound is mediocre. Got pros: The card worked without installing drivers on Windows 10 Supported by PS4 Small dimensions Has some cons Connected headphones

Expectations were not met, average quality.

For the money for a non-demanding gamer, quite. Yes, and in normal ears it’s nice to listen to music and watch movies with her. Has some pros The product is worth the money, not a bad sound paired with different card effects. I use it with Cloud Core Silver, I don’t turn on the effects, it cuts my ears in games, maybe it’s just me. I took it mainly as an amplifier, copes with this task with a bang, it's nice to listen to music with presets. Has some cons The card is extremely sensitive to…

Everything about the purchase suits me, a very necessary product.

Bought with Creative Sound BlasterX H5 headset. Drivers for the sound card and headphones installed without problems. The software for the card and the headset is different. For the card - Sound BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro, for the headset - Sound BlasterX Acoustic Engine Lite. For a headset, the settings are smaller. In game modes, this combination (cards and headsets) is just awesome! Channel separation - 7.1, clear and detailed. Footsteps, the sound of a rolling grenade, the screams of…

    Pros
    • Sound, ease of setting Settings - a lot. Small.
    Cons
    • Until I saw it.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!

The card was purchased for use on iMac 27 (2022) in order to switch hardware to headphones, and back to the built-in speakers, while not constantly forcing the headphone jack into the "minijack" inlet, and of course the main goal is to pump the sound a little for unleashing the full potential of headphones. The headset does an excellent job with the first goal, but so far the absence of the "BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro" utility for macOS is the highest degree of stupidity and disregard for…

    Pros
    • - Great sound when using "BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro" on Windows (via Boot Camp)! - Compact. - Works on macOS without drivers and settings. No glitches were noticed during the work, but there is one super hellish BUT (see below).
    Cons
    • - macOS owners should understand that at the moment it is missing (and even the support service itself does not know) a very important utility "BlasterX Acoustic Engine Pro" for the full potential of a sound card. Many faced such a “surprise”. - Weak background noise during playback. On macOS, it is much lower.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I bought it to replace a laptop plug-in, it simply did not pull my headphones - a low volume level and a complete lack of bass. The new card went very well, now there are no problems with the sound. I can’t say anything about its quality, because. I don’t work with sound professionally and I don’t belong to repulsed audiophiles, for me the quality is normal, I definitely don’t want to throw off my headphones and run away. There are no extraneous noises either in idle time or in operation, at…

    Pros
    • Powerful! It easily rocked my 65-ohm ATH-M35 and it feels like the declared support for headphones up to 300 ohms is not a marketing lure at all, because on mine at half the maximum volume it is already VERY loud.
    Cons
    • Often falls off devices when nothing is being played. Sometimes it just disappears from the devices, sometimes there is a sound in the devices, like there is a sound, but in fact it is not there. You have to poke the sound box into the port. It's never happened before while playing, and thanks for that.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

I bought it as a plug for a very noisy ALC3204 in a dell laptop. Itself on Cmedia CM6533 + HT97220. So from creative here only the design of the board, and judging by the presence of many diodes (buzzing noises?) Not bad. 7.1 and 5.1 are purely software effects (well, what else was expected). Well, it's a good stereo card, but perhaps it's better to look at the DACs instead.

    Pros
    • Perhaps a good sound for its price (there is still little experience and hardware). Works with line/android out of the box (because cmedia)
    Cons
    • It makes noise, at least on linux (so it's probably the wrong interaction of the card with the amplifier). Much smaller than alc3204, but larger than ALC1220. But this is on headphones that are very sensitive to noise, noise is not heard on 60 Ohm sennheizer hd280 pro
