Great service, knowledgable staff: CrossCountry Consulting

The team at CC is very knowledgeable about our industry and understands what we are looking for help us achieve as an organization! They take time out of their day-to-day work schedules to meet regularly so they can get up close & personal with you and your needs/problems etc. I have always felt valued by all members of this group - it's refreshing to be treated like a partner (even if I am paying them). We've worked together now over 6 years - but still keep learning from each other! Nothing…

  • Their ability not just in ITIL, ITSM& Service Management processes..but also Agile Project management practices which makes sense when putting those two things sidebyside.and understanding how one integrates well within another!! Plus great people too :)

Great Consultants, Very Knowledgeable!!

I like how they took time out of their day for me as well my team members who needed help solving some problems we were having at our organization! They are very knowledgeable about all aspects within HR including recruiting/hiring process- both internal & external sources (social media). Sometimes it's hard when you're working remotely but once your scheduled meeting is over things get back into normalcy again :) It was nice being able learn from them what other companies do best regarding…

Great Customer Service - Affordable Pricing

The customer service was excellent! It is very easy for them to understand my needs or concerns when I call. They are always quick to respond which makes me feel comfortable using their products/services as well as recommending it others. There isn't anything about crosscountry at this time but if there were any issues they would be resolved immediately!! Great Experience from beginning - End

The team is very knowledgeable about our industry and we can trust them completely! They are always available for questions or concerns as they are not just another vendor but an extension of your organization. It's been great working with this group over the years. I would love if there was more time spent talking through projects rather than presenting proposals. This has worked out well so far, but at times it can be difficult to get some work done together due to schedules/availability.…

Amazing Resource For All Your Business Needs

The team at crosscountry has been an incredible resource for us as we have grown our organization over several years now! They are always available when you need them most - whether it's during your normal work hours or after-hours/on weekends etc.. We've enjoyed working closely together through this process of growing from 1 person (me) into 3 people who all do amazing things every day!! There is nothing I dislike about my experience so far but maybe just because there isn't anything yet :)…
