I really like that they have built-in tools to send eblasts, track opens/clicks for links sent through emails or text messages as well connect all of this information together if needed (if you're looking at 3rd party email providers) - which is great when there are many vendors doing similar things since it makes your life easier by consolidating data management into one place instead having tons of different places…
