I like that it’s easy to use, has great customer service if you have questions/concerns, and is very affordable for small businesses. It doesn't automatically send out notifications when something happens (as some other services do). You must manually check your account often in order to see what's going on with your data. I like that they have multiple different ways to secure my account, but it's not always easy for me since some of them are hard passwords with numbers/letters etc., which makes sense because people get hacked all time so sometimes you need something extra special in order make sure your safe if someone tries hacking into there system! The product works, it's easy to use, I've never had any issues with its operation (at least not yet). It is expensive for small businesses, but worth every penny if you have employees that are prone to identity fraud in your organization!
