Good product that will not disappoint

They have many features to help us with our networking needs. The system is easy to use, has excellent customer support (both online chat and phone), and it's free! I would like more functionality in their products but they seem very committed about keeping up with new technology trends. We've been using them for years now and we love it. There aren't any major downsides right now. If you're looking into having some type of network monitoring software then give this one a try. You won't be…

Great tool that provides quick access of important info

I like how it has all my information in one place, so there is no need to go from computer-to another system when looking for something specific or if you want more details about an employee's work performance (i'm not sure i understand what this means). It would be nice at some point during your shift just have everything available within 1 screen instead having multiple screens open up with different things going back & forth between them as well which can get confusing sometimes! Great DMS Software Product With Excellent Support

Cygnet is a great product that is easy to use and has a lot of features that are easy to understand. The support team is also very helpful and will go out of their way to help you. I have been using Cygnet for over a year now and have had no issues with it. I would say the customer service is great and the support team is very knowledgeable.
