I am currently enrolled at DCTC for my continuing Education credit hours but also taking classes outside of that program as well. The staff is great! They are very knowledgeable about what they teach us and so easy going which makes it really enjoyable learning with them. I liked how they were able to teach me some of my weaker communication techniques through this course that helped make it easier for myself when dealing with customers or coworkers alike at work!
