Our goal is to identify the data needs you have, and develop a custom solution designed to empower you to make impactful decisions. We'll do this by partnering with you to understand your business and goals. We'll then securely collect data from sources across your business, such as software, POS systems, financial statements, CRM, etc. Next, our intelligent platform joins and compiles all this dissonant data to begin answering complex business problems. Finally, you'll receive simplified, realtime analytics through your Data Drip account. This data will constantly change and evolve as your business, goals, and data changes.

A time- and customer-saving tool for e-commerce marketing activities.

The best thing about datadrop was that it helped me solve my problem of not having enough time for my online store's marketing activities while simultaneously running an e-commerce site at work (which I never really had much free time). It also allowed us to track every single customer interaction in order to get more insights into which channels were performing well or poorly. One disadvantage would be its pricing - if compared to other services out there like MailChimp their service plan is…

Easy-to use software with great customer service

I like how it's connected into my accounting system for invoices; which makes entering in transactions easy! It helps keep track of the numbers we're pulling out each day. Sometimes there can be issues if more than one person has access. For example - when someone pulls an item off hand or they order something that was not entered correctly (and thus wasn't included). The support team also doesn't always respond timely once notified about errors; however, most people are very helpful anyways…

The process of setting up my first dashboard was very easy for me! I am able to see trends in an area that wasn’t previously possible without additional development time & cost (i know its not ideal). There isn’t much out there like it when talking about building dashboards quickly - which makes sense since we need them everyday now but they aren’t always needed immediately upon creation/creation date either. It would be nice if users could create their own charts or graphs within DD rather…

Very effective way as well affordable solution

The ease of use for my customer was very high in their minds! Easy reporting that they want when it comes time to analyze sales reports or forecasted budgets. I really couldn’t think about anything negative at first glance but there were some minor issues here and there like how slow sometimes the web page loads which can be fixed if necessary (which usually isn). Overall positive experience - easy implementation process & quick service turnaround once implemented after contract signing stage.-

  • Simple, intuitive UI allowing anyone who may have never been exposed with this stuff yet will feel comfortable enough within minutes while learning its functionality.The support is amazing too as long you take initiative early instead waiting until problems occur where then your problem goes unaddressed..(like most business software today!)

Great functionality, easy to use interface

I like that they can pull in information for different categories of an organization or product line which makes it easier than having multiple programs pulling info together! If something goes wrong at one point there could be issues but overall we've been happy with how things work out. Would love if their support staff was more actively engaged though - not just when needed (like during implementation) but also regularly throughout operations & maintenance phases.
