I like that it's easy to use with no training required; however, there is currently nothing you can do without knowing some Excel formulas (which aren't intuitive). I like that they have multiple options for pricing plans to fit any budget/requirements - this is great when you need something between two different types of software (such as their cloud vs desktop). Their customer support team can be difficult at times but it's definitely worth pushing through because there really aren't too many other companies out here with such flexibility!
