The best thing about this product was its ability to provide very high speed of loading/retrieving large amount of records at once in comparison with other products I have used so far, which were slower (at times up-to 100x). The support team (both technical, as well as business) are fantastic! Whenever we hit an issue in production they have always been able to help quickly with minimal impact if any downtime at all. We also don't ever seem to experience long hold queues when requesting tech assistance from these guys like other providers could sometimes do even after paying their fees up front due to billing issues or poor service levels during testing/deployments etcetera).
