Worn out in three months!

I bought two and a harness, about 1000 miles in two months, the code for the rear senior came, I am deleting the code and I will not drive around town for the time being, 45 and under , as soon as i switched from 65 to 70 to state i the code lit up, let it sit for a few months until it should have passed the test, wasn't sure if it was the wiring harness or the sensor so i moved the rear sensor forward, front to rear, on the highway, the speed code came to the front señor, such a bad senor…

The best knock sensor you can get.

Better than what I originally installed. This is OEM. Ac Delco uses them and puts their label on them. Ac Delco is not a manufacturer. You are a certificate. AcDelco Professional is the minimum requirement. Special are parts that exceed OEM specifications or performance. OEM is OEM. This is the part you want. Get the GM suspension. Dorman and other fakes look the same but fall apart in less than a year. (Plugs break, rust etc. due to cheap fuel)

Worked great for me

Just finished installing in a 01 Silverado 5.3 - the knock sensor set the code as soon as I started the truck after cleaning. - Quick test drive after replacement along with gaskets and cleaning of the throttle body, no lights and no pending codes. It's a fairly easy task, but if you've never done a repair like this before, just take your time and snap photos as you go, it'll help put it all back together. There is a lot of useful information about this repair on the internet, there are a…

Works perfectly! fits crash repair kits

As is common with GM vehicles, my truck gave out a rear knock sensor code. These sensors are OEM replacements and arrived well packaged. Both sensors and wiring harness replaced so I won't have to do this repair again in the near future. The wiring harness was also permatexed before I reinstalled the air intake to ensure a good seal. Very good sensors so far. It's only been about a month, but there haven't been any codes since. I've never changed sensors, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. It…

A good product. for tools and equipment

A knock sensor kept giving errors, so I decided that I would undertake their replacement. I figured while doing this that both the front and rear sensors should be replaced. The rear sensor was broken and when the old one was removed it became clear why it was badly rusted. They have been working great since installation. Buy a harness for her while you're at it. When I removed the intake I realized that as long as they are easily accessible it would be a good idea to swap out the camshaft…

Probably suitable but not for higher mileage Chevrolet 5.3

Got OEM AC Delco knock sensors. I started getting codes P0332 and P0327 in warm weather or under heavy acceleration or load. When I first got cheap with a $50 knock sensor and wiring harness combo, the codes came right back under the same conditions. I went with them (Delphi gauges and Dorman harness) and the problem reappeared although they seemed to work a little better (should have been very hot or again under heavy acceleration or load. Eventually switched to OEM (AC Delco- Gauges and GM…

Delphi Top Quality

Replaced the intake gaskets on our 2003 Tahoe (a known problem with them) and while the knock sensors weren't causing any problems, while I had things sorted out I decided to replace them anyway and avoid one potential future problem that you will have to bump into the engine again. Delphi is the same as ACDelco, just a few dollars cheaper. They came individually in their own box marked 'Made in Mexico'. They looked just like the OEM units. I also replaced the wiring harness with a new Dorman…

They're working great so far. best tools and gear

I have ordered 3 of these. Not new but cheaper and used like new. I have an 04 Tahoe and had to change the intake gaskets. I didn't want to swap my knock sensors as I never had a light for it. And seen how you can change them and then have problems. I don't want to stop eating again. This was my first time and it lasted 3 hours. 1 hour unscrewed the injectors. I didn't want to break the clips. I have 5.3 Flex Fuel and the injectors are like no other I've seen. They have a metal tab that needs…

2003 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 Flex with 180,000 miles.

I ordered these for my Tahoe because my check engine light came on and I was getting a code P0327 (Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input Bank 1). I did a little research on this code and found that this is a common problem on GM engines and that I need to replace the knock sensors. So I ordered 2 of these sensors, a wiring harness for them and several new FEL-PRO intake manifold gaskets. When all the parts arrived I started searching my truck and found that the front knock sensor (row 1) was…
