Not at all Dewalts Strength

I use an angle grinder every day and these 4.5 diamond wheels. It's about as bad as they come. Super rough cut. Coarse and rough. Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more on a better diamond blade. If it's for one-time use, then sure.

Quality and Performance

Dewald make quality products and this small angle grinder diamond disc is no exception. I use it for small and hard-to-reach jobs where the large 9" angle grinder is too big and difficult to maneuver. A smaller blade offers better control and therefore more safety, which is a must when working with these high-speed grinders. It can also be used to slice through a shallow guide for a deeper cut, with a larger blade allowing for a straighter cut. Be sure to wear the prescribed protective…

Great value for money on power tool parts and accessories

Just tried this blade on my 4 1/2 angle grinder and it worked great on 3/4 inch porcelain stoneware. Cuts through. I need to improve my technique but it's working well. So I've finished my work with this blade, and as with most things I do, I feel my last one has reached a satisfactory level of proficiency. I've learned that you can make smooth turns by taking your time and moving slowly. Be careful, the chips are scattered everywhere (eye protection required). Multiple passes gave me the best…

Dry Paving Cutting

I was remodeling my porch and bought this dry paving cutting disc, it cuts paving like butter (it's very dusty so keep in a well ventilated area). I made about 75 cuts and finished my project from start to finish. On closer inspection I think I've worn out most of the cutting compound and am mainly cutting steel substrates, but it still only generates a small amount of heat and I can cut a groove 1" deep x 4" long in about 10 seconds which is nice and clean, I didn't even notice that when I was

It worked well for a while

I used it to cut ceramic tiles. It worked very well until at 11,000 rpm a piece of the blade broke off and hit my arm. Luckily I was wearing heavy leather welding gloves at the time so I didn't lose any skin or bones but he fractured or injured his thumb bone at the point of impact. He was gentle for at least a month. I don't know if I got a defective disc or if they are all of the same quality. I know things like this happen, so don't forget your protective gear no matter what you're doing. I…

Durable and well balanced.

I mainly use this 4.5 inch diamond blade on a battery powered angle grinder. The blade itself is well made and the diamond edge is slightly wider than the blade itself. I've only used it to cut ceramic tile and it seems to do the job quite well. It's quite difficult to cut a piece of tile with this blade without chipping, so I removed the star. The grooves on this blade tend to fill up with dust easily, but I'm not sure if this affects the blade's performance or not. To this day, after over 100

This blade is the real deal!

I work for a large restoration company and was thinking about buying a blade for my grinder to cut closer to the walls as many are built on many layers of soil as part of extensions or new rooms. Well, we need to go to the subfloor and remove as many layers as possible. My circular saw can't get close enough. I have researched Amazon and am well aware that most reviews are fake and added to increase a product's average score and provide rave reviews about how great it is. Well, this blade…

Buy them and save yourself some work.

Excellent quality for the price. I used this to cut out the incredibly old and therefore hard concrete around the pool so as not to dislodge the diving boards. I cut a few 3/4 inch thick slices and then hollowed them out with a rock chisel. My previous diamond blade wore out 50 percent faster than this one, I think. You can't go wrong with this, especially for the price. I haven't used them on tile but I suspect they would work well on tile too given the cleanliness they cut through quartz…

Path. fits blades

Did an excellent (and quick) job of cutting a few holes for sockets in some of the 2ft ceramic tiles I installed. I've also used it to cut some bricks to length and trim the edges of a hole in concrete before renovation to eliminate joint issues and improve the post-renovation appearance. It also removed stubborn mortar residue quickly and accurately in preparation for target operations. Right, all of this could be done with grinding wheels. The work created a lot of dust, but not as much as…
