I like how easy it is to use as well as its great customer support! The ability to set up load balancing in just seconds with no need of technical knowledge is quite amazing! I can't find anything that would dislike it so far (but maybe my first try was not very good). The best part is that it does all of these things at once - load balancing traffic to different services (eg video chat), auto failover if one service goes down or gets oversubscribed. The ease of use is one thing I like best about this product. It's very easy to install in any device with an internet connection as well as being simple enough that anyone can learn how to utilize it without much trouble at all. If you are looking into VoIP solutions then there really isn't anything bad here other than maybe some lag times when talking through certain devices (especially cell phones). It does tend to have lags sometimes but overall not too many issues from my experience so far.
