Came with a large hole in the bolt bushing

Just noticed that the bolt pin bushing had mostly come off the body and water had gotten in. I didn't find it when I first unpacked it. It has never been used. I was also disappointed that the lens cap is not made of glass. Distortion is visible when viewed. I will update my rating depending on if the seller reads and responds.

Settings cannot be changed

Reason for bad rating: 1. This camera is designed for digital SLR cameras. There's a grip hole next to the shutter button, but there's no way to adjust f/s with the slider when the camera is in a bag. Very uncomfortable.2. There are 2 finger holes to adjust the zoom lens when the camera is in your pocket, but if you use a zoom lens, forget about the focus adjustment. My fingers are small and I could only push them inward and had no room to actually move them, let alone adjust/rotate the lens'…

Love using good ones for hulls

My first time snorkeling and this was the perfect accessory! I've used it with both my Canon T1i and a 5D with a 17-40mm wide angle lens. No issues with leaks, fogging or the front lens getting in the way of photography. It would be nice if it came with extra padding for the inside, but that's an easy fix for you. My first thought was that the lens face would be too long, but after putting it in the water, the front glass held up right next to my lens. It took some practice to get used to, but…

I spent every penny on my stupid camera so of course I wanted a quick

Well I know what you're thinking. Should I put my $2,000 camera in that proverbial sandwich bag because I'm too cheap to buy a waterproof case? The answer is yes. Yes you have to. I spent every last penny on my stupid camera so obviously I needed a quick and cheap way to get it underwater (I have insurance so it's not the end of the world if it breaks). That is amazing. I dropped my camera, sucked out all the air and zipped it up and you're done. It's a bit big for my little 77D, but it works…

The price is great for video with a small film camera (BMPCC 4K)

After returning a $40 bag here that I didn't trust, I found a YouTube video of someone using it with a similar Blackmagic Pocket camera, so I took a chance, pun intended. flying colors. So I went to a test shoot with my Blackmagic Pocket 4K, micro V mount battery, 50mm Sirui anamorphic lenses, HDMI wireless transmitter and an external SSD in my bag. The hardest part is packing everything in the bag and positioning it so that the screen still works. Touch controls and buttons can be used, but…

Broken $3400 camera, no support. NOT CHEAP AND BUY THIS

Complete rubbish, checked with paper towels 5ft deep for 30 minutes and no water got in, I was more than careful to triple check all the seals before submerging it in water. Water. I then used my new Canon 6D and L lens for 15 minutes and it worked with no leaks. It's almost impossible to see my screen, focus and press any buttons when your camera is in it. I then returned to take more pictures and noticed water in the hull. I immediately opened my bag and pulled out my camera. Water filled the

So far so good for the camera and the photo

Due to mixed reviews I was skeptical about buying this product. Again, given the price, it was a risk worth taking. Only used once with my D3200 Nikon. Decided to use instead of D750. I'm an impatient person so I didn't bother checking it in the tub for leaks, but I did check for tears in the seams. I just went to the beach and used it on the bay to try it out with my surfer friend. It's bulky and awkward to use, but that's to be expected given the elements you're shooting in. It takes a little

I've been sensible with it but not shy, updated now September 2019

Update September 14, 2019 I'm back in Maui using the same case from my last year in review. It has stood 9 months without use and still works well. No leaks Last year I used my Pentax KP with a 17-50 Tamron and this year I'm using a Tamron 28-70, it's a little longer than the other lens so it fits a little better. I didn't walk more than 8 feet on this trip. so far and have been 5 times. The last four pictures of this trip. Update 11/22/2018 I have used this 8 times in 2 weeks in the ocean and…

Good entry-level case

The case works as intended. I didn't have any water leakage. If you are interested in this body I highly recommend browsing YouTube videos for reviews and see other cameras uploading etc. A few notes for those serious about filming with it. The most important is the front element. It's polycarbonate, which means plastic. The pictures are a bit bland. But for the portrait tests I did, everything was fine. Second important note: the front element is NOT attached to the lens. You need to press it…
