I bought this electric fireplace from Dimplex for a bespoke TV stand. I did a lot of research before placing my order as realistic flames were very important. I am very happy with my choice! My only complaint is that the remote doesn't control the heat and flame settings as it should. It just toggles it on and off. It's not a big deal as I mainly use it for ambience and can adjust the flame on the unit if I want.

The Dimplex fireplace is very easy to install. We were amazed at how realistic the flames looked. The fire looks even better without the other lights reflected in the mirror. We love this fireplace and the Comfort Smart Fire Crackler makes it even more realistic. We did not test the heat output.
