    Great hardware - I bought the wrong one

    When I saw the USB C Hub Laptop Docking Station I thought YES! I ordered it so quickly that I forgot to confirm that the "USB" connector fits my laptop. It didn't happen because USB is "USB-C". This would be a great addition for anyone trying to use dual monitors and their laptop. I have now upgraded my office computer and no longer need the docking station. But I'm giving it 5 stars because it would provide great support for my mobile office needs.

    Unstable functionality, you get what you pay for

    The 2 HDMI ports, 3 USB ports and the audio port on this device work fine most of the time. None of the USB-C ports work, they cause the entire device to toggle between recognizing and not recognizing the computer. This includes the supposed "charging port" which in my experience doesn't work and I'm 100% sure my laptop is compatible.     VGA problem Computers and accessories

    The VGA connector won't secure with screws, just stops working and disconnects from my laptop. At first I thought I must have accidentally moved the plug, but no, it just decides to disconnect. You need to disconnect the laptop, wait a few minutes, turn it back on and wait for everything to reconnect. I've actually had it for a few months and tried it elsewhere where I know nothing moves and still the same issue, very disappointed with this one.

    Doesn't work best in Computers & Accessories

    I know I value honest (and not overblown) reviews, so I want to make sure I'm adding honest reviews and not just favoring sellers. This dock does NOT work. HDMI doesn't work at all. I also connected ethernet to the docking station and my computer recognized it, but when I checked the speed I was at around 90Mbps. When I connected the ethernet directly to my computer (which luckily I have), the speed went back up to 220Mbps. The USBs work but don't charge anything (like my earbuds). I'm not sure

    Works very well

    An epidemic needs to be dealt with at home. In order to improve office efficiency, peripheral devices must be coordinated. The metal case is very small and at first glance it has a slightly higher color space. When used with my Matebook X Pro, this laptop only has one USB port and badly needs a docking station.     Highly Recommended in Notebook Accessories

    I have been using this item with my 13" HP Scepter 360 Converter for about 4 weeks now and it works perfectly. Love the fact that all the USB 3 ports are on the front and I/O doesn't typically get cut off very often like HDMI, USB-C charging, VGA and Ethernet on the back. Thoughtful design.

    Worth the money

    It's incredibly light (approx. 95 g) so it easily fits into any computer bag. I tested USB, HDMI (for a second screen), Ethernet, iPhone charger, SD card, and audio out through the headphone jack. After about an hour of working on all ports, the case temperature remained high, indicating good heat dissipation through the aluminum case.

    I have tried this on 2 matching new HP Pavilion laptops and a Dell Latitude laptop and for all 3 laptops this unit will not 1) Pass power from the hub to the laptop the laptop battery is at the end and 2) there is also no video going from the laptop to dual monitors through this hub. Instead, I have to manually connect the monitors directly to the laptop and manually connect the power cord to the laptop.
