Great Cloud Storage solution for Business Documents

I like how easy it was setup, with little training required! The customer service support team are great people too - they're very friendly & helpful in getting you set up right away if there's an issue or question along the way (which sometimes happens). There isn't much i dislike about this product at all so far. It does what we need which makes our jobs easier as well :) We use DocSystems primarily because its cheap compared to other solutions out their such as Sharepoint Online/Office365…

Pros
  • Very simple / intuitive interface for working directly from laptop browser without necessarily needing any VPN client software preinstalled first before logging onto site.
  • Easy navigation between pages
  • Ability access multiple computers quickly through web page portal rather than downloading separate application per computer that can be used remotely only once connected by remote desktop app(ease)

My experience for converting documents into PDF files

The ease in which I can use it as well with my smartphone or computer easily makes this software great! Sometimes there are things you cannot do like using different fonts but overall its still good if not better than other programs out here at least where i am working now! Nothing really dislike about anything yet just keep improving by adding more features so far nothing specific has been noticed nor problems encountered since we started implementing many months ago!! Great product easy going

  • Ease for new users learning quickly how everything works compared others available nowadays.
  • User friendly GUI/interface no issues whatsoever even from beginner level person who is unskilled before such application usage.no particular training necessary required unlike previous version's experience prior trying their way around without fully knowing what all they need..a simple click should show them exactly were needed within few moments after starting up

Reliable Document Management System for Small Businesses

The software has been easy enough to learn at first hand but I find it difficult to navigate when using more than 1 user interface (eg - mobile devices). A little bit dated in terms of its look & feel compared with other solutions available today. We are replacing our own document control application which was not meeting requirements as we needed better integration into office 365. This new solution allows us to do this by providing an O365 connector so all users can access the same…
