I like how quickly she could address my requests for samples, swatches (which were previously requested in writing), as well at helping understand who to reach out with regards sales inquiries regarding products purchased from her line - so that there weren't duplicates going over our team's heads & costing us time! They took time to get familiar with our product, listened closely as we described what were trying for at that point in development then helped us achieve it successfully by getting feedback from users!
