    Works as described

Bought for my husband as he is a keen cyclist. He's happy with the odometer sensor, although he doesn't think it's as accurate as the previous ones. This is a decent item for the price.

Good Cadence - Bike GPS Modules

This cadence sensor replaced my Wahoo sensor because it had fallen off. I never liked that rubber holder, but I put up with it until it came out of the crank. This new sensor fits very well and looks solid. I've been using it for a few months now and it works perfectly. What I really like is the battery change. The compartment cover is easy to remove compared to Wahoo. The Wahoo covers seem to be too difficult to remove. I hacked two of them. It looks like Wahoo wants you to be able to hack…

    Updated - Highly Recommended

DREAM SPORT has great customer service. My first sensor had intermittent issues connecting to the Wahoo app. DREAM SPORT read my review (below) and contacted me. After a few email exchanges they sent me a new speed and cadence sensor - both worked as advertised. ----- Initial Review: Worked amazingly well when I connected to the Wahoo app and then suddenly stopped working. The app could see the sensor but didn't provide any data. I removed the sensor battery and it started working again. Now I…

Good computer help in sports and portable GPS

Well bad, let's start with that. It can track your progress to ensure you reach your full potential. The design is good and the device plays well with your native apps for the most part. Strava is what I like to use with it and I haven't had any issues yet. What I didn't like is the (size) they offer. It wasn't clear what I was getting. They suggested a medium and 10. Reading the question forum, someone asked the same thing and the middle is one sensor (which I have Cadence) and 10 are both…

    First impressions are positive

Due to the weather I was not able to fully test this sensor. But the first impression is positive. Out of the Dream Sport package (meaning this article, the cadence sensor and the HRM chest strap), the GPS speed sensor is the least valuable of the three for me at this point in time. Cadence sensors remain mandatory. So $29.99 (not counting coupons/discounts) is a reasonable price. Let's hope it stays there (or lower). The workmanship is superb (again, especially for the price). (On the one…

Very good and accurate speed sensor. Works great with Ride With GPS/Wahoo.

I was using a computer with a wired cateye speed sensor and decided to update it using the bike app on my phone and this speed sensor. I've used bike apps on my phone in the past, but I've always thought that GPS-only tracking is very inaccurate (slower and longer ride times) compared to a computer with a wired cateye speed sensor, so I haven't used frequently. Using the Dream Sport bike speed sensor and bike app on my phone, I find the speed and distance to be much more accurate than the GPS…

    • Inspires confidence
    Cons
    • Unreliable

I usually use non-magnetic Wahoo sensors. I've used both Garmin and Wahoo magnetic sensors and have found non-magnetic sensors to be less of a hassle and nearly identical in accuracy. A little less accurate because they rely on accelerometers and averaging calculations, but very close (close enough). I decided to try these DREAM SPORT sensors because they are cheaper than the Wahoo sensors I use. This is a rebrand from Taiwanese company Top Action. In fact, Top Action is still on the packaging…

Love and hate is best on sports and handheld GPS

I have a love/hate relationship with these sensors. First of all, I'll make a few quick points: - Be careful how you order. For some strange reason, instead of "just one sensor" or "pair", they called it "medium" and "size 10". Medium is just a sensor, so order accordingly. - Does not work with Strava. That's because Strava doesn't allow you to sync these types of sensors, so it's not the sensors' fault. I use it with Wahoo Fitness (free) and have set up that app to sync data with the fitness…

Very easy to install and use

This is my first experience with a bike sensor. I'm impressed with how easy it is to install and how easy it is to use. I'm not sure about the accuracy of the speed as I don't usually use any other app so I don't have a comparison. However, for a beginner just starting out in long-distance cycling, this was a fairly inexpensive and easy-to-use device.

Honest review here. Works great, man is very happy with the result. It also has a good price for the functionality. This Dream Sport Cadence Sensor RPM Magnet Free wireless bike computer works great. I like that it's small and light and doesn't have a magnet. It tracks and collects real-time cadence data for indoor and outdoor exercise bikes and is compatible with APPS on your phone. Easy to install and technically not complicated (does not need help from a bike shop). It's as simple as placing
